FUNCTIONS:
The scientific management and international cooperation department functions as the consultant and construction of short, medium, and long-term plans on scientific research activities, technology transfer and development, in-country and international cooperations; guidance and overseeing of the implementation of assigned tasks by the law regulations;
ASSIGNMENTS:
- Consulting the Executive Board to develop short, medium, and long-term research plans and orientations on scientific research, technological development, transfer of technical advances, and in-country and international cooperations;
- Supporting the formulation of the scientific plan and managing the implementation of entrusted assignments of research units in the Institute;
- Managing the libraries, scientific information, publications, and scientific papers/products of the Institute;
- Monitoring in-country and international cooperation activities related to scientific research, technology transfer and development;
- Organizing national and international conferences/workshops, and seminars;
- Summarizing periodical and annual reports on science and international cooperation.
